Clear for parents, private by design
A student medical report should tell a parent, in plain language, what was checked, what was found and what to do next. Educure's digital reports and health records are built around that goal, with access limited to the people who genuinely need it.

Each report identifies the child, the date of screening and the team that carried it out. It then lists each area checked — for example growth and BMI, vision, dental, ENT and general examination — with a short result and, where relevant, a suggested next step.
Results are written for parents, not specialists. A suggestion such as "see an eye specialist for a detailed check" is more useful than a technical code. The report clearly states that it is a screening result, not a diagnosis.
A school screening is designed to find children who might need a closer look. Some children flagged will turn out to be fine; occasionally a concern can be missed. The report therefore always recommends review by a qualified clinician for any flagged item, and never presents a label as a confirmed condition.
This also matters for how schools use reports. They support follow-up and planning, not decisions about admission, grading or participation.
Health information about children is sensitive. Educure's records are access-controlled: parents see their own child's record, authorised school health staff see what they need for care, and school leadership sees aggregate summaries. Reports are not published or shared publicly.
We collect only what the screening requires. Schools should agree with Educure how long records are kept and how parents can ask for corrections, in line with their own data and records policy.
When reports are stored digitally, next year's checkup can be compared with this year's. Growth trends, repeated dental issues or a vision concern that was never followed up become visible.
Parents using Educure's parent app can view their child's reports and Child Health Passport in one place and request a teleconsultation if they want to discuss a result.
Findings are recorded digitally during screening.
Results are checked and written as plain-language next steps.
Each family receives a private report; the school receives a summary.
Records are compared year on year to support follow-up.

School Health ProgramA school health program brings preventive screening, everyday on-campus care, mental wellbeing, nutrition, fitness and health education into one planned system. Educure designs and runs that program with your school — clinical teams on campus, clear digital records and a single point of contact for school leaders.
School Nutrition ProgramEducure's school nutrition program starts with what screening shows — growth, BMI and signs worth a closer look — and turns it into practical diet guidance for families and engaging nutrition education for students.
Child Medical CheckupA child medical checkup organised by the school is most useful when parents understand it before the day and know exactly what to do after it. Educure plans the consent, the screening and the follow-up so each family receives a clear report and every flagged concern has a next step.
School Clinic ServicesA school clinic is the place a child goes when they feel unwell, get hurt or need a regular medicine during the day. Educure helps schools decide what their clinic should handle, staff it, equip it and keep proper records — with clear rules for when a child needs to go home or to hospital.
School Infirmary ServicesA school infirmary should be easy to reach, private enough for a child to rest, clean, and stocked for the kind of care the school has agreed to provide. Educure helps schools plan a new medical room or review an existing one, and sets up a simple operating workflow for staff.
School Health and Safety PlanningMost school health emergencies are handled well when everyone already knows their role. Educure helps schools put together a practical health and safety plan — risk review, contacts, first-aid roles, drills, incident records and hospital referral arrangements — that staff can actually follow.
