From consent to follow-up, for every child
A child medical checkup organised by the school is most useful when parents understand it before the day and know exactly what to do after it. Educure plans the consent, the screening and the follow-up so each family receives a clear report and every flagged concern has a next step.

Many school checkups are technically sound but fail at the last step: a report goes home, the family is unsure what a finding means, and nothing happens. A child medical checkup program should be designed around the parent from the start — what they are told in advance, what they consent to, how they receive results and who they can ask when something is unclear.
Educure works with the school to send a plain-language note before the checkup explaining what will be checked, who will do it and how results will be shared. Families can share known conditions, allergies or medicines in advance so the clinical team has context on the day.
The screening scope is agreed with each school and depends on age groups and the time available. Typical areas include growth (height, weight and BMI-for-age), a general physical examination, vision, dental, ENT and skin observations. Not every area is necessary for every grade, and adding stations without time for follow-up only creates paperwork.
Screening identifies children who may need a closer look. It does not confirm a condition, and it is not a substitute for the child's own doctor. Every report says so clearly.
Each participating child receives an individual report that separates normal findings from items that need attention. Where follow-up is suggested, the report explains which type of professional to see — for example an eye specialist or a dentist — and why, without alarming language.
Reports are shared privately with the family. Class teachers do not receive individual medical details unless the school has a documented need and the parent has agreed. The school leadership sees an aggregate summary rather than a list of named children.
A follow-up list is only valuable if someone tracks it. With the school's agreement, the coordinator or school nurse can record whether a family has acted on a referral, so the next year's checkup starts with a clear picture rather than a blank sheet.
Parents who want to discuss a result can request a teleconsultation through Educure's parent app, or take the report to their own paediatrician. Either way, the decision about treatment stays with the family and their treating clinician.

School Health ProgramA school health program brings preventive screening, everyday on-campus care, mental wellbeing, nutrition, fitness and health education into one planned system. Educure designs and runs that program with your school — clinical teams on campus, clear digital records and a single point of contact for school leaders.
School Nutrition ProgramEducure's school nutrition program starts with what screening shows — growth, BMI and signs worth a closer look — and turns it into practical diet guidance for families and engaging nutrition education for students.
School Clinic ServicesA school clinic is the place a child goes when they feel unwell, get hurt or need a regular medicine during the day. Educure helps schools decide what their clinic should handle, staff it, equip it and keep proper records — with clear rules for when a child needs to go home or to hospital.
School Infirmary ServicesA school infirmary should be easy to reach, private enough for a child to rest, clean, and stocked for the kind of care the school has agreed to provide. Educure helps schools plan a new medical room or review an existing one, and sets up a simple operating workflow for staff.
Student Medical ReportsA student medical report should tell a parent, in plain language, what was checked, what was found and what to do next. Educure's digital reports and health records are built around that goal, with access limited to the people who genuinely need it.
School Health and Safety PlanningMost school health emergencies are handled well when everyone already knows their role. Educure helps schools put together a practical health and safety plan — risk review, contacts, first-aid roles, drills, incident records and hospital referral arrangements — that staff can actually follow.
